A Versatile Fleet to Meet Your Needs
How Big Are Our Trucks?
We're often asked how big our trucks are. The truck sizes vary, but generally, we will need the following clearance:
Slip In Trucks - 12ft Width, 25ft Height for dumping
Small Truck - 12ft Width, 15ft Height for dumping
A tandem (truck and trailer) holds: 30cy Soil/Compost/Cinder, 22cy Clean Aggregates (#3 Landscape, 3/8 Chips, Drain Rock), 18cy Aggregates w/Fines (sand, base course, etc.)
A truck holds: 15cy Soil/Compost/Cinder, 12cy Clean Aggregates, 10cy Aggregates w/Fines

Our trucks also have varying weights, especially when loaded. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY BRIDGES if we are delivering to you. If there is a delivery that requires us to go over a bridge, please let us know what the weight limit of that bridge is (signs will be posted by bridge).
How Do You Dump the Trailer?
If your order requires a trailer, the driver will find a suitable location to park the trailer while he delivers what is in the truck bed.
He will then go back for the trailer which will "slip in" to the truck. The video here shows what the trailer looks like when it's in the truck and coming back out. These trucks are often referred to as "Slip Ins".
When placing your order, and if you have a very large property, it's helpful if you let us know if the truck and trailer would be too big to fit on your property. This will ensure our drivers find a spot to park their trailer before heading down your driveway.
Small Dump Truck
Our smaller truck makes it easier to fit in smaller places. In Truck 21 we can fit:
6cy - Soil/Cinder/Compost
5cy - Clean Aggregates (#3 Landscape, Drain Rock, 3/8 Chips)
4cy - Sand, Base Course, Fill Material
This truck still needs a 12ft width for access and a 15ft height for dumping. If the quantity you order allows, let us know if Truck 21 would be a better fit for your property.
Delivery prices for Truck 21 are the same as the other trucks.
